Appearance

Olyvar cuts a striking figure: tall and thick-set, with swept-back ash-blond hair and a forked beard of the same pale silver. Keen grey eyes glare from beneath a heavy brow, and a thin scar rides his right cheek.

Personality

Though first impressions mark him as a blunt strong-man, Olyvar’s true weapon is guile. Though he is underestimated when it comes to his intelligence, he is indeed a cunning Fox, he is the eyes and ears of his Gardener King, he schemes and plans in the darkness and knows all that comes for his King. He is a loyal subject to the Gardeners, as the Florents respect bloodline, the rights of Kings above all else, and Olyvar is no different.

History

House Florent had long served the Gardener kings as informants; they are their eyes and ears in the Reach and show their loyalty through information and whispers. Lord Olyvar is as skilled with the sword as in the matter of schemes. He shows his loyalty through his actions, even though not everyone in the Reach sees or even appreciates it.

He became close friends with Harlen Hewett and Lester Rowan and died due to old age.
