Qarlton II Durrandon

Qarlton II Durrandon, known as Qarlton Halfhand, was the second Storm King to rule during the Coming of the Andals, after the death of his grandfather Erich VII Durrandon. In his reign he reclaimed Tarth from the Andal King Galladon Morne, and warred with Duskendale to take all the lands south of the Blackwater Rush.
