Arms of House Torrent

House Torrent of Horncross is a young First Man house that rules Horncross Sound on the coast of Shipbreaker Bay. They are sworn to House Durrandon. Their seat is Horncross.

Their sigil depicts a wraith in a blue dress on a field of grey and blue tears. Their words are "Looks Deceive".

History

House Torrent is a young house, founded by Willem Torrent, a man who earned the trust of House Durrandon with his stewardship of Storm's End. His house words are a reference to both Willem's own stated... comeliness, and the fact that the calm waters off Horncross Sound can fool sailors into assuming it is safer than the rest of Shipbreaker's Bay.
