House Steep are a house of Ironborn descent, hailing from the Giant's Fist. Their seat is Steepstone, atop the Bleak Cliffs on the southron coast of the Fist. They are vassals of House Greatiron.

House Steep were one of the earliest Ironborn families to settle on the Giant's Fist, being landed during Qhored I Blacktyde's conquest of the peninsula. Steepstone functions as a beacon for the rest of the region, signalling Cliffstower to the north, to then alert Lord Greatiron.
