House Lanser is an Andal house that rules Wythers as Landed Knights. Their seat is Wytherkeep.

History

Vance Lanser was an Andal who came to Driftmark in the aftermath of the Prickly Death which had killed the lord, and many others. With few left to govern, he stepped up and ruled justly and fairly untill the young Preston Toyne came of age. As reward his son was married to the last Wythers. Wytherkeep was once ruled over by House Wythers, however due to tradgey the line was ended with only women, Maslyn Lanser became the knight of Wythers when he married Celianna Wythers.
