House Hogg of Sow's Horn is a First Man house east of the Blackwater Rush. They are sworn to none. Their seat is Sow's Horn, a stout keep south of the God's Eye.

The Hogg sigil is a red brindled boar on green. Their words are "The Grand Old Boar".

History

One of the more minor houses of the Blackwater Rushes, the Hoggs have recently risen to prominence through their usefulness to the nearby Darklyns and Mootons against the Andals streaming through the Blackwater River. Lord Baurgard Hogg, an arrogant and fleshly man, took advantage of the situation and pledged himself as a defender of both kingdoms to secure his realm's own independence.
