House Grand
At the welcoming feast, he had gone to sleep between the fish course and the meat. Drey called that apt, since his sigil was a sleeping lion. - A Feast for Crows[1]

House Grand of Grandview is a First Man house in the Western Meadows. They are sworn to House Durrandon. Their seat is Grandview, overlooking the hills, plains and stunning vistas of their lands.
Their shields are painted with a black sleeping lion on yellow. Their words are "Rouse Me Not".
History
The lion of the Stormlands, House Grand has long resided in the central meadows and grasslands shielded from the autumn storms that blow up through Cape Wrath. They hold themselves to be among the most loyal of the Durrandon vassals, and are considered as restrained and stern, but their wrath when roused was the equal of any Stormman. When the Storm King, Durwald the Fat, warred with Gardeners the Grands bickered with the allied Lannisters at every turn and considered them to be nothing more than craven kittens. Though when both the Stormmen and Westermen lost at the Battle of Three Armies, and turned on each other due to Garth VII Gardener's politicking, the Grands blamed the Lannisters and the Westermen in general and have resented them ever since.
