Brandon Stark (Builder)

Brandon Stark, known as 'the Builder' is the legendary ancestral founder of House Stark. He is said to have lived shortly after the Long Night, and the defeat of the Others. Many of the great buildings of the First Men around Westeros are associated with him, including the Wall, Winterfell, the Hightower and Storm's End.

History

It is unknown whether Brandon Stark was a King of Winter, but House Stark has retroactively conferred the title upon him. Among all the legends of his works, what seems most certain is that he built Winterfell, and was associated with the construction of the Wall. He was said to have been a friend of giants, and involved them in his works.
