In 182 A.I., after securing victory to her north, Vika joined the Reach in assaulting the Red Marcher kingdom united under [[House Dayne]]. She commanded the armies alongside Garret [[House Konugtun|Konugtun]] and the regent of Lord Greydon Dondarrion. After three years on campaign, laying waste to the Stone Way and Castle Wyl, Vika's armies withdrew to weather the coming winter. The Dondarrions installed Edmund Dondarrion as the new lord of Castle Wyl, though he would hold it for five years before being ousted by the Daynes.

In 205 A.I., Vika marched to defend the Reach against a mighty Andal host, but her armies were shattered and she was forced to retreat after a year of hard fighting. She died on the long, winding trip home, Tempest apparently having shocked her blood and caused her to spasm to death.
