House Slate are a House of First Man descent, situated in the Northern reaches of the Stony Shore. Their seat is Blackpool.

House Slate have ruled as kings since the end of the Long Night. Their territories have increasingly come under threat from House Amber to their east, and the warring kings of the great primordial forest to the north.
