After landing on the shores of Brown Hill, Houses [[House Todonar|Todonar]] and Pengroz threatened to seize the lands for themselves, before Symeon II Santagar negotiated with them. In exchange for promises of land in the Kingdom of the Bloodroyal, Tommard Pengroz and his 'Swordsmen of the Tavern' swore their blades to Santagar. After their victory and the capture of the Bloodroyal himself, House Pengroz were granted lands along the Scourge, the tributary that feeds into the Greenblood, as well as lands on the northern coast.
