House Frost are a House of First Men descent, situated in the far North-Eastern forests and bogs of the North. Their original seat was Frostguard, a fortress in the hills to the north of the Long Lake, but they have since lost their original seat, and rule from the castle of Frosthold.
History

By the time of the Coming of the Andals, House Frost were little more than petty kings of a backwater region of the North, often overshadowed by the Umbers to their north.
