House Brightstone

House Brightstone was a noble house of Mountain and Vale which was rendered extinct by Corwyn Corbray during his conquest of the Fingers. Before the house was ended, House Brightstone ruled in the Fingers as petty kings. Jon Brightstone and Dywen Shell warred against each other, which Corbray was able to exploit.

Notable Members

• King Jon Brightstone, a king in the Fingers who warred with his counterpart Dywen Shell, but was ultimately tortured and beheaded by Corwyn Corbray.
  • Emberlei Brightstone, his daughter, who was forced to marry Corwyn Corbray.
  • Rodrik Stone, his bastard son, who died north of the Wall on a winter expedition led by then First Ranger Arik Frost of the Night's Watch.
