Durran II Durrandon, widely known as Durran the Devout, was the legendary second Storm King and the first to bear the name Durrandon after succeeding his father Durran Godsgrief at the beginning of the Age of Heroes. He was the only known son of Elenei, and the mortal grandson of the God of the Sea and Goddess of the Sky.

History

Durran, at the beginning of his reign, pledged himself to the worship of the Old Gods, and returned the Rainwood back to the Children of the Forest after his own father had conquered it[1]. For this he was known as "the Devout". Though a century later, after his death, the Rainwood would be taken back by his descendent Durran Bronze-Axe for good and all.
