Arlan Evenstar was the lord of Evenfall Hall and head of House Evenstar on Tarth during the early Andal Invasions.
History
Arlan Evenstar ruled after Ser Galladon Morne came over the sea with his Andals to conquer Tarth, slaying his father in the mountains of Tarth, and subsequently losing the eastern side of his realm to them. In 31 A.I., the Mornes would prepare to launch another offensive to take the rest of his land, while at the same time a wayward prince, Pyron Massey, would be welcomed into his hall.
