Arlan Evenstar was the lord of Evenfall Hall and head of House Evenstar on Tarth during the early Andal Invasions. He ruled after Ser Galladon Morne came over the sea with his Andals to conquer Tarth, slew his father in the mountains of Tarth, and lost the eastern side of his realm to them.
